Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERY:

We offer local delivery within Kitchener-Waterloo (Ontario, Canada). Local delivery is $5.00, or free for orders over $25.00. All products are either made to order, or made in small batches. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days to process your order. 

Please note that Studio Syd is not responsible for theft or damages, once the order has been delivered to the delivery address. We will always send a notification when your order is out for delivery, and delivered. To reduce risk of theft or damage, please bring your package inside as soon as possible.

LOCAL PICK-UP:

We currently offer FREE local pick-up, in Kitchener, Ontario. Local pick up orders can be ready as soon as within 24 hours, however, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Select this option at checkout, and we will be in contact with you to coordinate a pick up time and date. Please DO NOT proceed to pick up your order without coordinating a pick up time and date first. 

Local pick-up orders will be held for a month's time before we will issue a refund, and add product back to our website. If you are unable to coordinate pick up within a month of placing your order, please contact us with your order number to let us know, and we'd be happy to hold onto your order until you are ready. 

CANADA SHIPPING:

We ship all our order through Canada Post. Shipping within Canada is a $20.00 flat rate, or free for orders with the sub-total of $100.00 (after discounts, before taxes) or greater. All products are either made to order, or made in small batches. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. A tracking number is provided for each shipping order.

Please note: In the case that your order's shipping costs do not reach the flat rate shipping fee of $20.00, we will issue a partial refund, based on shipping costs to your method of payment. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

We currently ship only within Canada. For shipping to the United States, there is a $25.00 flat rate shipping fee. Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days to process your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. A tracking number is provided for each shipping order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES + TAXES:

Studio Syd is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes (tariffs, taxes, etc.) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

DAMAGES:

Studio Syd is not liable for any products damaged, or lost during shipping. If you receive an order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier: Canada Post to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged good(s) before filing a claim. Please feel free to reach out to Studio Syd as well for support - we are happy to help in any way we can.

RETURNS / SHIPPING BACK A RETURN:

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please refer to our return policy page for more information. In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items subject for return back to Studio Syd unused, in one piece, in original packaging.
